Research Experience for Undergraduates: Chemical Analysis for the Developing World
Are you an undergraduate student matriculating in science or engineering at a 2- or 4-year college or university in the US? Would you like to put your knowledge and skills to work on a significant problem in the developing world? Starting in Summer of 2015, research opportunities are available with ten different faculty at the University of Notre Dame through a National Science Foundation Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU) site. REU participants receive full room and board plus a $3,000 stipend for a 10 week research program at Notre Dame, and some students may return for a second summer of research including field study in an international site.
