The International Council for Control of Iodine Deficiency Disorders is a global network dedicated to ensuring that everyone has access to enough iodine.  Nick's project on quantitative analysis of iodine levels in iodized salt and his field test at the Kensalt factory in Mombassa, Kenya,  is featured in a recent article in the IDD Newsletter.  It's a good lead-in for the poster that Nick will present on June 6 at the Micronutrient Forum in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.  The saltPAD project was supported by the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN).
